- 2 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Remove top rind of the brie wheel
- Combine sugar, cranberry sauce , orange extract, nutmeg
- Place prepared cheese in oven proof baking dish
- Top with the cranberry mixture and sprinkle chopped pecans over
- Bake in oven 5-6 minutes until warm
